FoodOp grew healthy and strong at Innovation House
When FoodOp moved into Alfa Laval's Innovation House in 2021, the company was a small startup with two employees and an ambitious idea: to reduce food waste in canteens and restaurants through digital insights. Four years later, in August 2025, FoodOp moved out again as a healthy company with 12 employees, regular customers in Denmark, a growing presence in the UK and plans to expand further.
Testing and sparring at Innovation House helped TEGnology take a big step forward

From 2 to 50 employees: Again grew from Innovation House startup to international company in five years
When Again moved into Innovation House in 2020, the company consisted of just two employees and a nascent technology that needed to be turned into a business. Five years later, in January 2025, Again moved out as an international company with approximately 50 employees in Denmark, Germany and the US, opening its first production facilities in 2026.
